Employer Benefit Platform

She builds her passport.
HR gets the compliance.

MaternityLink gives every woman a complete maternity health record and turns it into employer-ready compliance documentation, without her clinical data ever reaching her employer.

6-Stage Maternity Lifecycle

MaternityLink is not a health monitoring platform.

It is the only employer benefit that generates individual compliance documentation from a woman's maternity journey. She controls what her employer sees. HR receives formally-worded accommodation requests, a verified maternity status, and a return-to-work proposal with a timestamped audit trail. No clinical data crosses.

What We Are, What We Aren't

Not another wellness app. Your maternity infrastructure.

  • The full 6-stage maternity lifecycle in one place
    ✕A week-by-week content feed
  • Personalised accommodations, legally framed
    ✕Generic advice for every woman
  • Compliance documentation HR can defend
✕Ad hoc email chains and manager guesswork
  • Fertility, pregnancy loss, and return protected by design
✕A point solution for one phase
  • Encrypted vault — she holds the key
    ✕A shared employer wellness dashboard
  • Her private companion. HR gets only what she chooses.

The UK has 15 statutory maternity protections. The problem is not legislation. The problem is that every return is negotiated ad hoc, via email chains, with no standard process and no compliance evidence. The Employment Rights Act 2025 has extended dismissal protections to six months post-return. Most employers are completely unprepared.

How It Works

Three steps. She stays in control throughout.

1

She builds her health passport

From the moment she joins MaternityLink, she builds her encrypted passport. Scan reports, midwife notes, MAT B1 forms, fertility treatment records, and workplace concerns, all stored privately.

2

She configures her workplace adaptations

She toggles on the accommodations that apply to her. The app generates formally-worded HR language. She reviews everything privately before sharing anything.

3

She shares only what she chooses

She generates a Workplace Compliance Pass. HR receives a structured, legally-framed document. They never see her clinical records, her journal, or her fertility treatment.

The Lifecycle Engine

Most maternity platforms cover one moment. MaternityLink covers all six.

Conception & FertilityEarly Pregnancy · Wks 1–12Preparing for LeaveOn Maternity LeavePreparing to ReturnReturned to Work

The platform re-skins itself at each stage, surfacing exactly what she needs when she needs it.

MaternityLink app lifecycle stage view
  • Fertility treatment privacy shield. Requests flexibility without disclosing IVF.
  • Pre-disclosure accommodation. Camera-off flexibility, AM calendar protection, zero clinical detail shared.
  • Return-to-work workbench. Phased ramp-up matrix, private ledger, corporate checklist.
  • Post-return enforcement. Lactation calendar blocks, pay continuity check, boundary documentation.
For HR Directors

The compliance infrastructure your HR team has been waiting for.

MaternityLink gives your organisation a standardised, defensible process for every maternity journey from disclosure through return to work. No ad hoc email chains. No accommodation requests decided by individual managers. No tribunal exposure from undocumented decisions.

Verified documentation

Formally structured accommodation requests, verified MAT B1 status, and return-to-work proposals — all timestamped and audit-ready.

Compliance without clinical liability

HR sees accommodation outputs only. No clinical data. No diagnosis. No fertility records. GDPR compliant by design.

Retention ROI

One retained employee at £60K covers 96 years of MaternityLink Core at £250 per female employee per year. The ROI case makes itself.

“

A system that doesn't know a woman can't care for her.

Priscilla Addai, Founder of MaternityLink.

Built for All of Them

Not just corporate women. Every working woman.

The supermarket worker. The teaching assistant. The care home worker. The nurse. The consultant. The cleaner. Maternity leave affects every woman in every workplace. MaternityLink is built for all of them, with dedicated features for Black and minority ethnic women who face nearly three times the maternal mortality risk of white women in the UK.

Know Your Risk

A dedicated awareness layer for Black and minority ethnic women, surfacing documented racial disparities and the questions every woman should ask at every appointment.

Racial Bias Incident Log

A timestamped, encrypted record of discrimination and dismissal incidents, with direct escalation pathways to Five X More, Birthrights, and the EHRC.

Cultural Accommodation Templates

Legally-framed requests under the Equality Act 2010 covering Ramadan, prayer time, heritage-specific dietary needs, and cultural dress.

Compassionate Mode

For the moments that matter most.

When the journey takes a painful turn, pregnancy loss, bereavement, or a baby in NICU, MaternityLink re-skins entirely. No week counters. No countdowns. Legal rights, trusted support from Sands, Tommy's, and Petals, and an automated employer notice. Northern Ireland introduced two weeks' paid pregnancy loss leave in April 2026. England follows in 2027. MaternityLink is ready now.

Founding Cohort

Join the beta. Shape the product.

MaternityLink is partnering with a small number of employers and women to test and refine the platform before full launch. Beta employers receive early access at founder pricing and direct input into product development.

The Founder

Built from lived experience.

MaternityLink was founded by Priscilla Addai, clinical scientist, medical student on a deliberate detour, Ghanaian-British mother of two, and author of The Diary of an African Girl with PCOS, currently in print. During her own pregnancy, she reported reduced fetal movement and was almost not seen. That near-miss was the predictable consequence of a system that fragments records, fails to escalate, and fails Black and minority ethnic women most consistently. MaternityLink is the infrastructure that should have existed.

How We Start

A 30-minute diagnostic. Not a sales pitch.

Every organisation has a different maternity risk profile. We start with a short diagnostic call — a walkthrough of the platform, a look at your current process, and an honest view of where MaternityLink can and can't help. No pricing conversations until we both know it fits.
